This is an ongoing project of a tree trunk that changes its appearance from time to time.

In January 2019 a treetrunk was given to me that had been lying in the garden of a tree feller already for some years. It was the start of a closer investigation of the "nature of a tree" in a botanical, cultural and emotional sense. While observing and working on it in a very direct way I hope to be able to share the pleasure of discovering the many wondrous facets that a being can have.
